Bradbury's made a wide range of sewing machines, some specifically for industrial purposes others for purely domestic use and yet others designed to appeal to both markets. In the following pages we have identified as many types of machine as possible and have included an illustration taken from period publications where available.

For ease of reference we have split the pages into the various machine types, - for details of a particular model simply click on a caption in the table below. To speed navigation the table is repeated at the bottom of each subsequent page.

In 1908 Bradbury and Company Ltd claimed to have made 45 different models of sewing machine since 1852. We believe this figure included sub models so the Howe 1A, 2B, and 3C would have been counted as three models.

Where possible we have given an indication of production dates. But dates given in italics are where there is documentary evidence confirming that a machine was actually in production at that date but that the date may subsequently be amended in the light of additional evidence becoming available.
